Tobania keeps on growing! Results 2016 and S1/2017

At Tobania the financial year 2016 was closed with a growth of almost 10%. Hower, the consolidated result showed a more balanced view, due to some exeptional costs associated with the integration of both companies (Tobius and Saga Consulting Group), especially those of the backoffice of the organization. 

In 2017 the company is growing strongly!

The results of the first 6 months of 2017 showed a consolidated turnover growth of 15%. This is the consequence of the changed company strategy. A strategy that will be more focused on the changed goals of customers due to the digital transformation and economical revolution of the market.

We will focus on IT expertise within Software Development Lifecycle Management. Within Tobania there are 4 units that strenghten this ‘Design, Build, Test and Run’ philosophy. In this way Tobania can profile itself as a leading ICT organization in the Belgian market.

This 'one-stop-shop' principle has incited the organization to merge all operational entities to Tobania nv/sa (previously Tobius nv/sa) later this year. Saga Systems that successfully enrolls its HR softwareplatform, stays a different entitiy.

The presence of Tobania in the labour market was also developed. In 2016 Tobania welcomed 150 new 'Tobians', in the first 6 months of 2017 Tobania was able to recruit more than 130 new Tobians. New employees will also be approached with a new strategy 'Tobania, a great place to develop your career'. With this slogan we will focus on the development of each Tobian and his/her career. "In a competitive market of 'talent acquisition & retention' this is postive for Tobania's customers and partnerships" says CEO Lode Peeters. 

Finally, in the past months Tobania welcomed some new customers and has strengthend some partnerships with existing customers.
