How we're planning on hiring 300 new Tobians in 2018

The recruiters, HR Business Partners and Resource Officers at Tobania face a difficult challenge: hiring 300 new employees in 2018. A tough goal, but not impossible, so they proved in 2017 with 234 hires.

On target

The first 4 months of 2018 are already behind us. Current result: 84 hires in total and 31 hires in april, so they're on target. A good commercial story, nice salary package, clear career prospects and the Tobania culture all take part in these numbers.

Of course, it takes more. Our growth story and stated ambitions which we choose to come forward with are very attractive. In addition, the management is Belgian, which also means that we have short decision paths, and we uphold a culture of entrepreneurship.
