The power of future orientation
2019 is already a year of important rewards for us. We were nominated as IT Services Company of the Year by Data News, together with competitors that show that Tobania is a player to be reckoned with, more than ever.
The Trends Gazellen is also one to mention here. In February we were honoured as Ambassador in the category Large Companies Flemish Brabant. This was the reward for our growth course of the past 5 years and based on financial performance indicators. The jury called the digital business transformation innovative and our growth striking and impressive. Reasons to be proud!
In June, we won the Publica Award, which awards the best government projects. We designed a local products and services catalogue for Gemeentebestuur Puurs-Sint-Amands, in which the municipality can centrally manage its full services to the citizen.
But there is more... We are a leading part of the "Be The Change Program" of .Agoria. This project gives shape to the job market of tomorrow, something we would like to contribute to. One of the most important goals by 2030 is to use technology as a facilitator and to train people to guarantee a sustainable job in the digital world. Tobania is on the same page regarding such goals.
We undertake three commitments for "Be the Change". With our Tobania.Academy, we provide training for the ten most important competences of the Digital Skills Indicator. We will receive teachers and students from all education levels for a company visit. In addition, a talent scan will be offered between 2019-2022 to reveal unknown talent to our own employees. Together, this forms a basis for sustainable employability. This is how we once again take steps in our vision for the future.
