Informatica van Breda is no stranger to Tobania.  Our partnership started with the purchase of a SIEM solution: Security Information & Event Management. This solution consolidates all logs of IT systems within Informatica Van Breda and its customers.  

Since 2018, the assignment has been expanded with the demand for extra support. A security desk has been set up, which offers 7/7 telephone support and carries out interventions on working days. Incidents are transferred to the right customer second-line in-house experts immediately. Problems are avoided, rather than solving them after they’ve occurred.  

The service desk also adds the possibility to log tickets. We provide monthly reporting on ticket status, as well the indication that printers and laptops must be ordered, since we take part in the stock management. First line analysis of security incidents by Tobania gives the customer the advantage that he does not need to set up a 24x7 service desk himself.
