The consultants at Tobania’s Specialized Testing Services are always ready to support their customers with any form of testing, from API or performance testing to testing automation. At Tobania, we also like to be ready to support our consultants. Here’s how we do it:
Our junior consultants can always count on the support of more experienced colleagues for any technical or personal questions they have during an assignment. Via regular contact moments, we make sure we capture any concerns as soon as they come up. What’s more, all our consultants also receive a personal development plan – because at Tobania, we believe in fostering the growth and well-being of both our customers and our consultants.
Our consultants are constantly trained in technical, analytical and soft skills. Sometimes we bring in an external specialist, but most of the time, we like to leverage our in-house knowledge by inviting our own experts to train their colleagues. Training courses are regularly reviewed, added and updated.
We are very proud of the work our test specialists perform each day, and we find it important for consultants to get the opportunity to share their experiences with their colleagues. That’s why Tobania offers its test specialists the possibility of hosting an online video session in which they can demonstrate what they have achieved, what they do in their daily work and best practices used on the customer’s premises.
Though our consultants work in many different locations, we believe it’s important for them to connect, get to know each other and share their knowledge and experience. Tobania’s online community offers a platform for them to share best practices and ask each other for advice. At Tobania, being a consultant does not mean that you’re on your own!
